LIVE MUSIC FOR OUR BEER AND MUSIC FESTIVAL
This year at The Robert Gillow we are pleased to welcome the following acts.
FRIDAY 14TH OCTOBER UNTIL SUNDAY 16TH
FRIDAY 14TH @ 9PM HOWLING CLOWNS
Blues, pop and rock these guys will entertain you too the max!!!
SATURDAY 15TH 1PM TILL 3 PM ROB BEE AND FRIENDS
Pop and jazz, Rob and his friends are regulars at the Gillow this will be 1 of his last gigs in Lancaster for a while as he is touring on the cruise ships (again) for a few months NOT TO BE MISSED.
SATURDAY 4PM TILL 6 PM JIVE HOOT
This local band is stuck in the 50's and will play R'n'R to entertain you for the afternoon a must see!!!
SATURDAY 6PM TILL 8 PM PATRICK O'SULLIVAN
Irish Folk, Pat has played here before and filled the pub on a Saturday night with his own tunes and some traditional Irish folk.
SATURDAY FROM 9PM TILL MIDNIGHT HARD TIMES
Celtic, Hard Times are another local band but the boys are from further a field they are 1 of Lancaster's better known bands Laure and the boys are fantastic.
SUNDAY 12 TILL 3 PM SUN STREET STOMPERS
This is our resident house band who have been playing here for over 3 years now on Sunday Afternoons but they have been playing together for over 20 years we will have guest musicans and singers thoughout the afternoon.
SUNDAY 3 TILL 5 ZAZOUS ANGLAIS
Zazous Anglais are a band which play (parisian swing) or jazz to you and me from the continent they are a well established band and will have your foot tapping or even get you up too dance but you wont be doing the fantango!!!
SUNDAY 5 TILL 8 PM MAX'S BLUES
This blues club meet every week to jam to old style blues Max and his boys will do there best to keep your spirts up after such a great weekend of music hear at the Gillow be sure to stick around after 8 as Peter will no doubt be singing a few not so blues songs that will make you giggle......
8pm till close DRINK THE BAR DRY!!!!!
